Qualifications

• Medical office experience or certificate preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.

• Experience with regulatory compliance and study documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Report adverse events and protocol deviations per FDA/IRB guidance.
• Ensure GCP, FDA regulations, and site SOP compliance.
• Assist in subject retention and study documentation.
• Manage study supplies and lab kits as needed.
• Assist in specimen handling and data collection.
• Maintain confidential patient information and accurate records.
• Support coordination with sponsors, monitors, and study teams.
