Job summary

You will support study teams with participant scheduling, specimen handling, and regulatory documentation, enabling coordinators to focus on protocol management and study execution.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (Associate/Bachelor in health science preferred) and pharmacy technician experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; health science degree preferred.
• Current or previous Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Experience handling specimens or laboratory procedures preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn CTMS, EDC, and sponsor systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant appointments and study visits.
• Maintain study calendars and visit schedules.
• Process biological specimens according to protocol requirements; prepare shipments.
• Maintain study documentation and logs; ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Follow regulatory guidance, SOPs, and sponsor requirements.
