Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine or related clinical research environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research preferred.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience including patient enrollment and study coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with regulatory documentation and electronic data capture systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits.
• Support day-to-day site operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Collect, verify, and maintain clinical trial data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for study sponsors, participants, and stakeholders; provide updates and reporting as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and regulatory binders in line with GCP/ICH guidelines.
