Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and oral communication with study staff (including sponsor/CRO).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recognize and synthesize information accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from manager.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean working environment with infection control requirements.
• Perform specimen collections, including venipuncture for adults and pediatric participants.
• Process specimens: transport, handling, inventory, and review lab results.
• Performing CLIA waived testing such as urine pregnancy testing, urine dip analysis, urine drug screen testing, alcohol testing, Rapid Antigen Testing
• Ensure specimen collection/processing/shipping follow protocol.
• Assist with screening, enrollment and informed consent processes.
• Data entry and management per Good Documentation Practice.
• Coordinate follow-up care and laboratory procedures.
• Develop strong working relationships with study team and investigators.
• Adhere to IRB-approved protocol and sponsor SOPs.
