AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Research Coordinator with 2+ clinical research experience to support a clinical study team. You will assist physicians, CRCs, and research staff, ensuring accurate data handling and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and excellent communication. The position is full-time with day shifts in a clinical setting and requires a background in medical office or research support.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform clinical tasks and assist with procedures.
• Ability to work in a team under supervision.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Spanish knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe care and respects patient dignity.
• Follows HIPAA and universal precautions.
• Supports research patients and adheres to IRB/FDA regulations.
• Communicates patient events and understanding to the team.
• Acts as patient advocate by escalating concerns.
• Maintains source documentation and databases for participants.
• Completes Case Report Forms and registries on time.
• Maintains study charts and registrations to reflect current status.
• Maintains clean clinical spaces per SOPs.
• Provides high levels of customer service and teamwork.
