Accel Research Sites is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant / Medical Assistant to support the Coastal Carolina Research Center in Charleston, SC. The RA/MA will assist CRCs, Site Manager, and investigators with study procedures, data entry, and patient coordination.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of administrative/clinical experience, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year of administrative/clinical experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with screening and enrollment activities and support CRCs and site staff.
• Enter data in EDC and manage source documentation.
• Obtain vital signs, ECGs, and may perform blood draws per protocol.
• Maintain logs, scheduling, and appointment reminders; ensure HIPAA compliance.
