Zusammenfassung

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant to support Clinical Research Coordinators, Site Managers, and Investigators across multiple sites. The RA will perform clinical, lab, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth study operations in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and SOPs.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient screening, follow-up visits, data entry in EDC, vital signs collection, possible blood draws, and study logistics such as scheduling

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required with 1 year of administrative/clinical experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist CRCs and site staff in study-related duties according to protocol.
• Enter data in EDC and respond to data queries.
• Obtain vital signs and possibly perform blood draws.
• Prepare and ship lab specimens, maintain logs and filing.
• Schedule subject visits and send appointment reminders.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
