Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant to support site staff in the execution of clinical studies. You will assist CRCs with screenings, follow-ups, data entry in EDC, and documentation in source charts.

Role requires a High School diploma and 1 year of admin/clinical experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position at multiple locations with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 1 year of admin/clinical experience.
• 1 year or more of clinical research or clinical experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CRCs, Site Manager, Principal and Sub Investigators in study execution.
• Enter data in EDC and manage source charts.
• Schedule visits and reminders; assist with screenings and follow-ups.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and assist with recruitment as needed.
