Job summary

Alcanza is a growing multi-site clinical research company seeking a Clinical Research Assistant/Medical Assistant to support CRCs and site staff on study execution. You will handle data entry, patient visits, vital signs, ECGs, and basic lab procedures as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of clinical/admin experience, with bilingual English/Spanish having a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and 1 year of administrative/clinical experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRCs and site staff with study execution per protocol.
• Screen patients for enrollment and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Document in source charts and enter data in EDC; respond to data queries.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs; may perform blood draws and basic lab procedures.
• Schedule visits, send reminders, and manage appointment logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and SOPs; support recruitment and logs.
