Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical staff across multiple studies. You will assist with screenings, patient visits, data entry, and source documentation while upholding GCP, HIPAA and SOPs.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of admin or clinical experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year of admin/clinical experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with clinical research or clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic screening of patients for study enrollment.
• Support patient follow-up visits and scheduling of study visits.
• Document in source clinic charts and enter data in EDC; respond to queries.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs; may perform blood draws as needed.
• Maintain logs and filing; ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
