Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pre-entry position for the Clinical Research Coordinator career path.
• Grant-funded position.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation of potential research participants with the study team and PI.
• Assist screening, enrollment, and retainment of study participants at the site.
• Schedule participant site visits and maintain records.
• Record data on each study participant for each visit according to protocol.
• Assist with procedures and activities of assigned study protocols.
• Coordinate site monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Collect vitals and assist with patient visits at the site.
• Collect study specimens and prepare for shipping.
• Perform data entry for clinical trials.
• Support site quality assurance and track regulatory submissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
