Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar is seeking a Research Coordinator to provide research, data analysis and operational support to principal investigators and coordinators for clinical studies. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred for study communication.
• Statistical and database management experience with SPSS or REDCap.
• Previous clinical research experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and enrollment of study participants; assess eligibility.
• Assist with departmental mailings and ensure correct contact information.
• Conduct literature reviews and become familiar with study protocols.
• Assist in creation and management of the study database.
• Enter and manage collected data in the study database.
• Conduct qualitative coding and thematic analysis of study data.
• May perform statistical analysis of research data.
• Assist in preparing IRB/IACUC submissions and renewals.
• Support faculty with grant submissions and related documentation.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
