Job summary

Evolution Research Group is seeking a highly organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our clinical data team at the Bellaire site. You will be responsible for the overall coordination, organization, and efficient implementation of clinical data, maintaining accurate files and documenting study participants under GCP/ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in data entry or a related field.
• Proficiency in word processing and database applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality control the clinical data to ensure data quality and report discrepancies.
• Complete training as required by sponsor for access and approval to complete data entry.
• Enter data into paper or electronic case report forms as appropriate for protocol.
• Track data entry to ensure complete data for subjects, visits, and forms.
• Assist Sponsor or CRO data manager with resolution of data queries to ensure quality.
• Follow ERG standard operating procedures and applicable policies and regulations.
