University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support oncology clinical studies. The role involves recruitment, data collection, patient follow-up and coordination with investigators to ensure compliant procedures.
The incumbent will administer informed consent, manage questionnaires and biospecimen logistics, and assist with administrative duties as needed to support the Office of Clinical Research at the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Responsible for recruitment, data collection, and patient follow‑up for the coordination of oncology clinical research studies within the Office of Clinical Research at the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center within an assigned disease group. The Clinical Research Assistant will collaborate with oncology staff, Principal Investigators and unit colleagues to meet recruitment goals and facilitate compliant research procedures per GCP guidelines. Responsible for administering informed consent, questionnaires, coordinating biospecimen collection, accurately collecting and entering data into databases, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
