Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and rehabilitation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in California or eligibility to obtain California licensure before employment.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.

• Knowledge of Medicare documentation and rehabilitation compliance requirements.

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $115,000–$136,000 annually
• Performance Bonus: Bonus opportunity available.
