Job Summary

The Clinical Registered Nurse supports the goals of the care enhancement program by providing high-quality telephonic support in an efficient, cost-effective manner while ensuring high-quality care. The nurse coordinates with the Primary Care Provider and other healthcare team members to support healthcare management, resource utilization, and quality outcomes. Responsibilities include early identification of at-risk participants and intervention according to disease management guidelines.

Supervised by an Operations Manager, all clinicians participate in orientation, competency reviews, and annual testing.

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm CT and every 3rd Saturday from 8am-4:30pm CT.
• Monday-Friday: 11am-7:30pm CT and every 3rd Saturday from 8am-4:30pm CT.
• Monday-Friday: 11:30am-8pm CT and every 3rd Saturday from 8am-4:30pm CT.

Training

4 weeks from 8am – 4:30pm CT. Attendance is mandatory for the first 60 days. Hours are on Central Standard Time.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of employment, with ability to obtain others as required.
• High School diploma, Nursing diploma, or degree (Associate’s or BSN preferred).
• Minimum 3 years recent clinical experience.
• Knowledge of physiology and chronic diseases.
• Effective communication skills for telephonic education and collaboration.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows OS.
