Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN or Medical Assistant with primary/ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology required.
• Experience with EMR systems and referral coordination preferred.
• Ability to organize, communicate and perform detailed tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule referral and specialty appointments for patients.
• Maintain electronic medical records per guidelines.
• Ensure follow-up for referral appointments with providers and patients.
