The role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3 years in high-volume recruiting, and strong communication and organizational skills to guide candidates through an efficient, candidate‑friendly process.

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strong focus on hiring therapists and clinicians for our organization that helps individuals with autism. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for assisting more junior recruiters and interns as needed. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a high-volume recruiting environment. They will have experience recruiting therapists and clinicians and will be able to work effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders. The Senior Recruiter will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team and will have a strong focus on achieving hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
