Qualifications

• Proven experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and medical records management in a healthcare setting.
• HIPAA and OSHA regulatory familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Coordinate collection, organization, and secure storage of patient medical records.
• Conduct regular audits of medical records and supply inventory for accuracy and quality.
• Train staff on documentation procedures and supply management protocols.
• Serve as liaison for internal and external audits related to medical records and supply management.
• Oversee Transportation and provide back-up transportation duties as needed.
