Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to enhance residents’ health through nutritional assessments and individualized care plans. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams and ongoing resident interaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold current dietitian registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure in the state(s) where practicing.
• Experience in nutrition assessment and plan development.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ nutritional status and identify needs.
• Interview residents, families, and representatives to gather patient information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to develop care plans.
• Conduct meal observations to ensure appropriate intake and nutritional parameters.
