This role offers remote or hybrid options and focuses on delivering compassionate nutritional care to residents in Long Term Care facilities. You will work closely with other dietitians and clinical teams to develop personalized nutrition plans, conduct assessments, and ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
• State licensure as required varies by state.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate care and support to residents focusing on their nutritional needs.

• Conducting meal rounds and signing off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.
