Job summary

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian for a skilled care community. The candidate will perform on-site visits Monday through Friday during regular business hours, averaging 8 hours per month. The role focuses on elevating senior nutrition, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials are required.
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred; LTC experience helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead nutrition services for long-term care residents in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Provide nutrition education and contribute to MDS with the dining manager.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff on dietary policies and procedures.
