Job summary

Premise Health in Columbus, IN is seeking a Full Time Utilization/Quality Compliance RN - HYBRID to support quality initiatives for Cummins Engine employees and dependents at our health center. You will oversee policy and document control, assist with monthly quality reports, and drive regulatory readiness while partnering with site leaders.

The role combines on-site care with remote workdays, focusing on data analysis, audits, and process improvements to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field.
• 3 years of healthcare quality management experience.
• Experience in data and trend analysis and report preparation.
• Experience applying process improvement concepts including root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy and document system including forms in English or other languages.
• Assist with development of monthly reports for department updates and quality reports.
• Manage presentation materials with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF files and Acrobat documents.
• Assist in managing multiple platforms and programs: organize and maintain enterprise documents and spreadsheets.
• Manage Site Accreditation Audit schedule and report results.

As a Full Time Utilization/Quality Compliance RN - HYBRIDD, you'll provide care to our clients employees and their dependents of at Cummins Engine in our Health Center located in Columbus, IN

Schedule

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Mon, Thu & Fri Onsite
• Tue & Wed Remote

Bring structure to quality & compliance: Own quality initiatives, employee health tracking, clinical competencies, audits, and regulatory requirements while partnering with leaders across the organization.

What You\'ll Do

• Manages policy and document system to include creating, updating, and maintaining all forms (in English or other specified foreign languages).
• Assists with development of monthly reports for various purposes including department updates, quality reports, etc.
• Manages key presentation material including development, formatting, technical assistance with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF files, Acrobat etc. documents.
• Assists in managing multiple platforms and programs: organize and maintain various enterprise documents and spreadsheets
• Manages the Site Accreditation Audit schedule as directed and collect, compile and report results.

What You\'ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field
• 3 years’ experience in Healthcare setting progressively responsible for quality management/programs
• Experience in data and trend analysis, report preparation, policy/procedure development
• Working experience applying concepts of process improvement for the purpose for developing root cause analysis, failure mode effect analysis and investigate satisfaction/concerns in the identification and the elimination of waste by preventative action design, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of quality management process.
• Work in the onsite care model preferred
