Job summary

SRCH seeks a Medical Director of Clinical Quality to lead quality strategy and outcomes across campuses, partnering with the CMIO and Population Health to translate evidence into safe workflows and training. You will drive QI cycles, governance, and regulatory reporting readiness with data teams and Senior Clinicians.

The role advances health equity, team-based care, and efficient use of Epic, with a continued patient care component as directed by the CMIO. California licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree with active California licensure.
• Experience leading QI initiatives and governance structures.
• Informatics or EHR optimization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality strategy and governance across campuses.
• Partner with CMIO and Population Health to set annual quality goals.
• Oversee policies, pathways, and care delivery improvement initiatives.
• Prioritize decision support, dashboards, and registries to improve outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory reporting readiness (UDS/QIP) in collaboration with teams.
