Qualifikationen

• CADC certification or IDFPR licensure with SUD experience.
• CCE in CHC is preferred.
• Familiar with Administrative Code Parts 132, 140, 2030, 2060, 2090, CARF Behavioral Health Standards and JCAHO.
• Familiar with HRSA Health Center Program Standards and Illinois SAMHSA/CCBHC standards.

Aufgaben

• Review client charts to ensure procedures are followed and culturally appropriate.
• Review treatment plans to ensure patient needs are documented.
• Monitor records to verify progress toward goals.
• Validate continuing stay criteria are met.
• Confirm discharge and aftercare plans align with objectives.
• Document reviews promptly and propose QA activities as needed.
• Follow up to ensure errors are corrected and transfer/discharge procedures are applied.
• Report findings to supervisor via Outlook and record on Excel; provide weekly QA reports.
• Collaborate with QA Manager and Director of QA to implement improvement projects and assist in clinical staff education.
• Maintain presence on treatment units to monitor practice deviations and coach on improvements.
• Complete administrative tasks supporting quality department functions; ensure coverage and after-hours procedures.
