Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and coordinates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge summaries under regulatory and clinical requirements.
