Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Licensed or eligible in the state of Illinois with notification of eligibility for examination.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using advanced tests to determine physical therapy problems.
• Establish treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Document patient progress and procedures performed.
• Instruct patients and families on home programs.
