Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Knowledgeable of California laws, requirements, and ethics surrounding the provision of clinical training, supervision, and psychotherapy.
• Several years of experience providing therapy services.
• In-person position and works out of the Pasadena, CA campus.
• Curriculum vitae indicating education, therapy and supervision experience, publications, and other professional qualifications.
• List of three references familiar with clinical and supervisory work.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual supervision, consultation, and evaluation to PhD and PsyD students.
• Oversee group therapy activities within the clinic and lead at least one therapy group.
• Recruit doctoral practicum students and assist on recruiting postdoctoral fellows.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 therapy clients.
• Provide in-service trainings to non-licensed FPFS clinicians and lead partnerships for referrals.
• Meet weekly with FPFS senior staff to help develop and implement the clinic’s mission, vision, and strategy.
• Be available one night per week, 5pm–9pm.
