Job summary

Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA invites applications for a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist at Fuller Psychological and Family Services (FPFS). The role includes supervising up to eight advanced doctoral students, overseeing group therapy, recruiting practicum trainees, and maintaining a minimum caseload of 15 clients.

Reporting to the FPFS Executive Director, you will collaborate with senior staff to advance FPFS's mission and contribute to clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California.
• Knowledgeable of California laws, requirements, and ethics surrounding clinical training, supervision, and psychotherapy.
• Several years of experience providing therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to PhD and PsyD students in the clinic.
• Oversee group therapy activities within FPFS and lead at least one therapy group.
• Recruit PhD and PsyD practicum students and assist on postdoctoral fellow recruitment.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 therapy clients.
• Lead FPFS senior staff meetings and help develop clinic strategy and operations.
• Be available one night per week, 5pm–9pm.
