Job summary

Summa Health's Behavioral Health Institute seeks a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist for an outpatient role in Akron, OH. You will provide diagnostic evaluations and individual/group psychotherapy within a 60+ clinician team across medical and behavioral health settings, with access to cutting-edge facilities and a strong internal referral network.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Optional involvement in psychological and neuropsychological testing.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed (e.g. attending meetings, calling patients, scheduling patients, responding to emails).
