Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist to join the Behavioral Health Institute. You will deliver evidence-based care within a 60+ clinician team and collaborate across medical and behavioral health settings.

You will diagnose, treat individuals and groups, supervise trainees, and engage in non-clinical tasks as needed, with access to cutting-edge facilities and hybrid care options.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Optional involvement in psychological testing.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed (meetings, calls, scheduling, emails).
