ExecutiveMental Health (EMH) is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to support residents in skilled nursing facilities around West Los Angeles/Santa Monica. You will join a multi-disciplinary team to provide geriatric psychological care, assess and treat complex cases, and advance evidence-based practice in a high-need setting.

Qualifications

• Hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Medicare-eligible for credentialing and paneling.
• Value evidence-based practice and clinical flexibility.
• Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity.
• Desire autonomy with support and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage an active caseload with support from clinical manager and administrative team.
• Collaborate with facility staff, offering consultation and in-services.
• Complete documentation aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
• Provide care by meeting residents where they reside, in SNFs.
