Executive Mental Health (EMH) is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our SNF program in California. You will work onsite with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat geriatric residents, delivering evidence-based care that improves quality of life.

Competenze

• Hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Medicare-eligible (we assist with credentialing and paneling).
• Value evidence-based practice and clinical flexibility.
• Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity.
• Autonomy without isolation, and support without micromanagement.

Mansioni

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychological services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations.
• Manage an active caseload with support from your clinical manager and administrative team.
• Collaborate closely with facility staff, offering consultation, guidance, and in-services.
• Complete documentation aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
