Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Medicare-eligible (credentialing and paneling assistance).

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychological services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations.
• Manage an active caseload with support from clinical manager and administrative team.
• Collaborate with facility staff, offering consultation, guidance, and in-services.
• Complete documentation aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
• Provide care by meeting residents where they reside, in skilled nursing facilities.
