You’ll provide technical guidance, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with policies. This role offers a competitive salary between $67,700 and $115,100, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in regulatory context will be considered an asset.
• Experience in managing technical staff and bioanalytical lab work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and monitor work unit's activities.
• Prepare, revise and approve all documentation for projects.
• Provide technical supervision and advice to laboratory staff.
• Communicate necessary information for work plan and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve the department's work plan.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies.
