Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing full-service clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for the project.
• Ensure escalation pathways are followed (Rules of Engagement).
• On projects with regional/vendor scope, delineate responsibilities for secondary project leads.
• Accountable for overall delivery of cross-functional projects (time, cost, quality).
• Manage project-level budgeting, contract understanding, and Out of Scope activity.
• Establish, communicate and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery.
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements.
