United-Biosource-Corporation is seeking a Clinical Project Research Manager (Central Site) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role leads site-level project teams, oversees start-up to close-out activities, and ensures budgets and milestones are met.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with GCP/ICH regulations. Travel up to 10% is expected, with remote opportunities available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience of Clinical Project Management at a research site or academic site.
• Previous people management or leadership experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven supervisory and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to independently assess issues, mitigate risks, and make sound decisions using critical judgment.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role.

Aufgaben

• Lead UBC project teams to deliver milestones at site level.
• Oversee all aspects of project conduct from start-up through close-out.
• Manage project activities and budgets; ensure contract milestones are met.
• Manage revenue and invoicing for central-site projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate central-site meetings and training.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support sponsor/regulatory audits.
