Job summary

Bioclinica is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead studies from startup through closeout in a fast-paced CRO environment. You will drive project plans, timelines, budgeting, and reporting while coordinating with sites, sponsor representatives, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of CRO/pharma project management experience, strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and FDA regulations, and proven leadership and communication skills. Travel 0–20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or commensurate experience; majors in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare desirable
• 1–3 years clinical trials experience in CRO or pharmaceutical research; project management preferred
• Previous management or project experience in clinical development of investigational medications
• Knowledge of GxP, ICH guidelines and FDA regulations; strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Identifies project guidelines and communication needs with stakeholders
• Defines project plans with timelines, milestones and staff resources
• Establishes project reporting schedules and updates to BD Director and sponsor representatives
• Performs project analysis including resource forecasting and training needs
• Manages contracts, SOPs, deviations, and billing/revenue reporting
• Provides team leadership, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Supports BD activities with company capabilities calls and investigator meetings
• Oversees project close-out activities and ensures transfer to operations
