Job summary

LabConnect is seeking a Project Design Manager to oversee the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects. You will translate client requirements into actionable project deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong communication skills, a background in project management, and experience with budgets and documentation. You will mentor staff and contribute to process improvements within a collaborative, global team.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree with 3+ years setup-related or PM experience.
• Alternate with AS degree plus 5–6 years central lab or clinical experience including setup/PM work.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup and amendments of clinical trial projects.
• Create or revise OSDS and test requisitions, lab manuals, and kit specifications.
• Serve as SME in discussions with Sponsors and CROs.
• Provide status updates to PM and Client Services leaders.
• Translate client requirements into actionable steps and budgets.
• Mentor new team members and develop training materials.
