Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6 years in clinical project management.
• Minimum 3 years of sponsor experience.
• Experience managing CROs and central labs.
• Strong timeline development, enrollment forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience supporting Trial Master File (TMF) activities.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional study teams through the trial lifecycle.
• Own study‑level timelines, enrollment projections, and reporting.
• Develop enrollment graphs and dashboards for decision making.
• Monitor delivery metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to scalable process improvements.
