Job summary

Immunome, Inc. in Washington state is seeking a Director, Clinical Development Systems to lead the CDS function, shaping the systems strategy and delivery for TMF, CTMS, dashboards, and KPI analytics.

You will partner across Development, IT, Quality, Procurement, and Finance to build connected, inspection-ready clinical systems, mentor a CDS team, and drive data integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely trial performance.

Qualifications

12+ years in technology leadership or clinical systems within biotech/pharma.
Experience leading technology solutions and enterprise platforms.
Experience implementing eTMF/CTMS and related integrations.
Experience delivering dashboards, predictive insights, automation, and decision-support tools.
Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections, CAPA, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical systems leader for the Development function, providing input on technology strategy and vendor solutions.
Develop and maintain multi-year systems roadmap aligned to regulatory and business priorities.
Champion AI-enabled dashboards and analytics for portfolio health, site performance, and TMF health.
Lead TMF and CTMS implementation, data migration, validation, and change management.
Oversee vendor management, governance, and budgets for CDS portfolio.
