Responsibilities

• Plan the delivery of programs and activities.
• Carry out new initiatives to support strategic direction.
• Use program evaluation to assess strengths and identify improvements.
• Maintain forms and records documenting activities (Salesforce).
• Oversee collection of records for statistical purposes per policy.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gain support and input.
• Liaise with hospital leadership for program delivery.
• Develop product training plans for hospital teams.
