Responsabilidades

• Plan delivery of programs aligned with BD's mission and goals.
• Support strategic initiatives and evaluate program strengths for improvement.
• Maintain forms and records documenting program activities (SalesForce).
• Oversee records for statistical purposes per confidentiality policies.
• Coordinate services across program activities for efficiency and impact.
• Liaise with hospital leadership to ensure effective program delivery.
• Develop training plans for BD products, including hospital teams.
• Monitor program activities and perform annual assessments.
• Manage travel budget within the Training Specialist group and ICC budget.
