Job summary

Alzheimer's Association is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Program Operations to blend program leadership with operations across Clinical Programs and Medical Affairs. Remote role with responsibility for intake, review cycles, dashboards, and governance.

You will partner with leadership to ensure timely deliverables and reporting to funders and boards. Responsibilities include designing scalable processes, managing budgets and vendors, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of program management, operations, or related healthcare programs.
• Experience building or improving operating processes (intake, workflows, documentation).
• Familiarity with dementia care or clinical audiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive content and deliverables through intake, review, and approval processes.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status across initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional working sessions, standups, and planning meetings.
• Design and refine operating processes to increase speed and quality.
• Track budget and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Prepare status reports for leadership and funders with dashboards.
• Manage scheduling between Clinical Programs and Medical Affairs and review cycles.
