Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Clinical Program Advisor to lead clinical and benefit design for new and existing product launches. You will guide Product Owners and PBS partners, coordinate with downstream teams for system updates, and monitor post go-live activities across multiple teams.

This role focuses on Evernorth Health Services initiatives, with emphasis on clinical excellence, coordination, and effective communication with leadership to drive successful enrollments and ongoing program

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (highly preferred) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Current US Pharmacist Licensure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional committees or workgroups.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritization.
• Able to function under stressful situations.
• Clinical expertise and understanding of clinical arena across pharmaceutical care.
• Able to present to leadership and lead discussions.
• Operations support, workflow support, problem solving, and leadership interface.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program design guidance for new and existing product launches.
• Support product owners and PBS partners on clinical and benefit design.
• Coordinate with downstream teams to implement system updates for clinical/benefit intents.
• Assess downstream clinical/benefit impacts and ensure setup connections are addressed.
• Document go-live procedures and monitor post go-live issues across teams.
