Job summary

Michael’s House is seeking an experienced Clinical Program Manager to lead the outpatient team in delivering individualized care for patients with addiction and co‑occurring mental health conditions. • Master’s degree in psychology, MFT, social work, or related field preferred.
• CA licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LLMSW) or RN required or preferred as applicable.
• 1–3 years of experience in a substance use/dual diagnosis setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage operational workflows within Clinical Services and across the facility.
• Provide training and monitor competencies for clinical staff.
• Ensure clinically appropriate programming and patient interactions across the clinic and departments.

Education
