Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or social work required.
• Active LMFT or LCSW license required.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in a clinical residential setting required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the integrity of the core clinical product.
• Promotes evidence-based treatment techniques (e.g., DBT, trauma treatment) and coaches staff in their use.
• Champions and oversees Patient Centered Care integration.
• Oversees supervision of clinical/program activities and plans for productivity, compliance, and profitability.
• Supervises staff, conducts meetings, and schedules coverage for quality and efficiency.
• Oversees program schedules to meet patient needs across services.
• Ensures clinical documentation meets standards set by CARF, payers, and DHCS.
• Establishes quantitative auditing and qualitative peer review systems.
• Completes monthly and quarterly reports.
• Consults with Call Center on unusual admissions.
• Provides supervision to interns for licensure.
• Coordinates training with HR on core model components and regulatory trainings.
• Attends meetings as directed by CEO.
• Understands diverse cultures and communicates with referral sources.
• Maintains communication with patient care coordinators and therapists for updates.
• Investigates and resolves patient service complaints.
• Provides internal staff training on critical clinical processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
