Job summary

Cook Medical is seeking a remotely based professional to support Clinical Programs projects and cross-functional teams across the US. This role involves coordinating tasks, preparing presentations, and tracking metrics to measure program success.

You will collaborate with divisions, marketing, and corporate functions, while developing a basic understanding of Clinical Programs and related specialties. Travel may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. internship), including but not limited to, medical education, training, project management, sales and/or marketing.
• Foundational literacy in AI and data concepts, including ability to explain these concepts simply, identify appropriate uses of AI in daily work, and follow data privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Under close supervision, support stakeholders within Clinical Programs, the Division, Marketing and company Functions, in relation to various Clinical Programs projects, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Develop basic understanding of metrics used to monitor the success of Clinical Programs initiatives in collaboration with team and other stakeholders.
• Complete assigned tasks related to supporting Clinical Programs and cross-functional groups.
• Develop a basic understanding of Clinical Programs and the specialties supported.
• Assist with managing small-scale projects in a timely manner for Clinical Programs through collaboration with divisional teams and company functions.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed to understand needs, gain feedback and support the overall business.
• Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.
