The role involves coordinating multiple projects, defining scope, resourcing, and ensuring on-time, on-budget deliverables with high quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to advance scientific communications and post-market data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience directing project teams toward objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for all aspects of the assigned programs and projects, interacting with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a scientific communications plan.
• Define full program scope, including resourcing, and lead operational planning at the program level.
• Establish meeting agendas, facilitate team discussions, and drive actions and decisions.
• Multi-project coordination and proactive risk management.
• Lead discussions and document pros, cons, and risks.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Aggregate KPIs and organizational metrics; manage status reporting.
• Authorship duties for scientific communications projects when appropriate; peer review.
• Maintain policies and procedures relevant to scientific communications.
