Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Clinical Program Advisor to lead clinical design and benefit setup for new and existing products. You will guide Product Owners and PBS partners, coordinate across teams, and ensure clinical intent is captured for system updates.

Responsibilities include monitoring go-live activities, assessing downstream impacts, and maintaining robust post-implementation procedures within Client Services Operations. Hybrid/remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or BS in Pharmacy preferred.
• Advanced clinical experience/training/certifications preferred.
• Current US Pharmacist Licensure required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional committees or workgroups.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritization.
• Able to function under stressful situations.
• Clinical expertise across pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Product management and guidance to Product owners and PBS partners on clinical/benefit design.
• Strategy and execution for bulk and maintenance phase enrollments.
• Coordinate with downstream teams to implement system updates.
• Assess clinical/benefit downstream impacts and address connections.
• Post go-live monitoring and documentation of procedures across teams.
